CHILDREN CLASSES
Children (Infants to 5th grade) can be checked in from 9:45 am in the front lobby and taken to their classroom where classes will begin at 10:00 am. They will learn the bible with our leaders and have fun with other children of similar ages. You can pick up your child and bring them to the main auditorium after the adult Discipleship Groups end at 10:45 am. Nursery (Infants-3 years old) is available for the entire service.
10:45 am to 11:00 am | Transition Time & Pre-Worship
Grab a cup of coffee, check out your child from class, say hello to someone, and find your seat. During this time, our band begins playing a few songs to help us settle in and prepare our hearts for worship.
11:00 am to 12:00ish pm | Corporate Worship
Our priority today in service is to glorify God first. Our second priority is to edify and encourage the people.

PRAYER
Prayer is how we communicate with God. It can include personal requests, intercession for others, or expressions of gratitude and praise. During the service, there will be moments set aside for personal reflection and prayer, as well as times for corporate prayer, where we pray together as a congregation. Additionally, if you would like someone to pray with or for you, opportunities for personal prayer support will be available. Biblical Examples: 1 Timothy 2:1; 1 John 5:14

COMMUNION
Communion elements are available at the auditorium entrance each week. Communion is a way to self-examine and focus on the body and blood of Jesus. We invite every believer to take some time e to reflect, repent, and respond through communion. Biblical Example: 1 Corinthians 11:17-34
SINGING
Singing is an important part of our worship as we lift our voices together to honor Jesus and encourage one another. Songs are diverse in style and are led by a band with lyrics projected. You'll notice different expressions of worship—some may sing joyfully, clap, or raise their hands, while others may worship quietly in reflection. However you feel led, this time is an opportunity to connect with God. Biblical Examples: Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16

GIVING
Giving is a way for us to be like Jesus. As stewards, we are called to be generous with all we have. Biblical Examples: Matthew 6:21; 1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 8:1-4; 9:6-8

This month's Mission Partner Highlight: Full Circle Refuge
Each month, we highlight one of our Mission Partners to help you find ways to make an impact around the world. For December, we are focusing on Full Circle Refuge. This ministry has grown from a God-given vision of Pastor Devon Harris and Mrs. Sun to reach out to incarcerated youth and other at-risk youth to share the love of Jesus Christ to transform their lives. They offer several ministry opportunities: Juvenile Institution Ministry, One Degree At A Time Program, Gang Awareness Education Intervention Program, Community-based Prevention Ministry, and “Christmas Fellowships."
TEACHING
A pastor will teach through a biblical text, usually expository (verse by verse, chapter by chapter), for about 25-30 minutes. Teaching notes are made available to follow along and use for later personal study. If you have questions about the message please contact Pastor Jarrod at jarrod@1116.church.
WATER BAPTISM
Water baptism is a public celebration and expression of that person’s decision to follow Jesus. Biblical Examples: Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:41; 8:12-13
